Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days and will be delivered in 4-5 working days. In case of any natural disasters or political unrest, delays in shipments can be expected.

Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order.

Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person; family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Holistic Herbal will not take responsibility for products signed by any alternative person.

Free shipping Nationwide on all orders worth PKR 2,000 or above. Shipping charges for orders below PKR 1,500 are displayed on the checkout page. These charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment.
