We do not offer exchanges or returns but only in case of damaged or wrong item delivered You will receive a coupon to use on our website for the exact amount of your order (minus the shipping cost), after your order has successfully been returned.
Holistic Herbal is not responsible for any damage after delivery. All claims for shortages/damages must be reported to customer service within 3 days of delivery along with the images of the damaged products. If the issues presented are deemed valid then correct or missing products will be shipped (only shipping will be charged). We will not entertain any requests after 3 days of purchase.
